By registering for classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Tuition and registration fees are subject to the terms below.
1. Registration fee
The one-time $30 registration fee is non-refundable. It covers administrative onboarding for new students and is charged separately from tuition.
2. How to cancel
To cancel your enrollment or stop automatic renewal, contact us in writing via email at info@al-itqaan.com or by WhatsApp. Please include the student's full name and the email used at registration. Cancellation is effective once we confirm receipt and process the request.
3. Notice period & renewal
Please request cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing date so we can stop the upcoming charge. If notice is received with less than 7 days remaining in the current billing period, the next scheduled payment may still process, and cancellation will take effect for the following period.
4. Tuition refunds
Unused portions of a prepaid multi-month plan (3-month or 6-month) may be considered for a partial refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of the billing period and have completed no more than two paid sessions in that period. After that window, prepaid tuition is generally non-refundable, though unused time will not be charged going forward once cancellation is confirmed. Monthly plans are billed for the period in which classes were available; we do not prorate mid-month cancellations except at the institute's discretion for exceptional circumstances.
5. Free trial class
A free trial class, when offered, does not create an obligation to enroll. If you choose not to continue after the trial, no tuition is due. The registration fee applies only when you proceed with enrollment as a new student.
6. Institute-initiated changes
If the institute must cancel classes due to teacher unavailability or other operational reasons and a suitable makeup or reschedule cannot be arranged, we will work with you on a fair credit or adjustment for affected sessions.
