By registering for classes and selecting a tuition plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payment, billing, and automatic renewal.
1. Tuition billing
Tuition is due at the beginning of each billing period based on the plan you selected (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month). A separate one-time registration fee may also apply for new students, as stated on the registration and pricing pages.
2. Authorization for automatic payments
You authorize Al-Itqaan Institute (and its payment processor) to set up and charge automatic payments for your selected tuition plan. Charges will be processed according to the cadence of your plan for as long as your enrollment remains active.
3. Automatic renewal
Your enrollment and payments will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in accordance with the institute's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Renewal continues at the then-applicable rate for your plan unless you and the institute agree otherwise in writing.
4. Failed or late payments
If a payment fails or is not completed when due, the institute may pause scheduling or access to classes until the outstanding balance is resolved. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate a billing issue.
